Plan, section, front elevation, and 3D renderings of the set and lighting design for Rice University's Fall 2023 production of Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap. Exports were to illustrate design intent.Because design software is not a topic traditionally taught in the Theatre Program at Rice, I decided to take an upper-level independent study course. As a theatrical lighting designer, I wanted to learn Vectorworks. I began my education with no prior experience and worked with Mark Krouskop, the program's technical director, to establish these skills and generate the final product.
